The customer experience.

The customer experience is not the marketing. It is the dozen small interactions between the first phone call and the last photograph in the closeout package. Each of those is designed.

Homeowners hire a roofing company once a decade. The experience of that decision is, for most of them, anxious. The job of a good roofer is to take the anxiety out — not by smoothing it over, but by making the process so clear that there is nothing left to be anxious about.

01 · Step 01

The inspection.

Every job begins with a free, no-obligation inspection performed by an actual roofer. We inspect the deck where visible, the shingles, the flashings, the ventilation, and the attic. We document the entire roof in photographs the homeowner receives by email within twenty-four hours.

If the roof does not need replacement, we say so. If it needs minor repair, we recommend that. If it needs full replacement, we explain why, in detail, and walk through the alternatives.

02 · Step 02

The estimate.

Our estimates itemize materials, labor, and scope. There are no fine-print exclusions hidden in the back. There are no high-pressure deadlines. The price holds for thirty days regardless of when the homeowner chooses to proceed.

If a competitor's price is lower, we will tell you honestly whether the difference is scope, materials, or margin. Sometimes the answer is in our favor. Sometimes it is not.

03 · Step 03

Installation day.

We arrive when we said we would. We protect the landscaping. We document the deck after tear-off so the homeowner can see exactly what we found. New flashings, new underlayment, new ventilation as needed. The work is performed by our own crews — not subcontracted to whoever has availability.

A site supervisor is on the job from start to finish. The homeowner is invited to inspect the work at any point. We welcome the attention.

04 · Step 04

Closeout and warranty.

Every job concludes with a written closeout package: photographs of every layer, materials documentation, warranty registration, and a one-page summary of what was done. This is the document the homeowner will need in five, ten, or fifteen years. We make sure they have it.

Our warranty is in writing, in plain language, and honored by a company we intend to still be running when it comes due.
